When will my order ship? +
We dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
How do I track my parcel? +
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link automatically. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us at
contact@thedashnova.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend it.
Is shipping really free? +
Yes — shipping is free on every order over €100, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. Below that, a small flat rate applies depending on your region.
Will I pay customs or import fees? +
No. Even though your order ships from our European fulfilment centre, all import duties and taxes are paid in advance. Your parcel clears customs without you lifting a finger, and there's nothing extra to pay when it's delivered.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry? +
Tracking can take a day or two to start moving, and may pause between scans while in transit. If there's no movement for several days, message us and we'll chase the courier for you.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged? +
Contact us right away with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll sort out a replacement or solution quickly — you're covered, and we don't leave customers stuck with the courier.
